To book a session, please visit our website at our plans page here. We operate by appointment only, and all sessions must be fully prepaid before your scheduled time unless arranged otherwise. Once you purchase your package, one of our team members will reach out to you within 24 hours to schedule your session. If you need assistance or have specific inquiries, you can also contact us directly via phone or email.

Focus on what you want to receive and not on anything you wish to have less of. Start hydrating 24 hours in advance to enhance your body's capacity to heal. Staying hydrated allows the energy received tio flow. Wear comfortable, layered clothing as your body may cool down during the session. We recommend having a light snack before your session.

Accepted Answer

Session minimums are two hours.  We recommend sessions of two hours or more for more profound healing effects. If you would like to spend more than two hours in the system, let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your request. Additionally, please try to arrive 15 minutes before your session time so we can get you situated.

During your session, you'll relax in a calm environment with dim lights and soothing music. We’ll provide a bottle of alkaline water which has been charged in the system as well as an intention worksheet to help you get clear and present to maximize the healing experience.Ensure that you remain in an energetic receptive state achieved through meditation, sleep or restful state.

You're welcome to bring a sleep mask for complete darkness and noise-canceling headphones if you prefer silence or your own meditation music. We ask you to remain quiet during the session and keep electronic devices in silent mode. We can also turn on some soothing music during your session as well.

Post-treatment, we recommend staying hydrated and taking a salt bath within 24 hours to help flush out toxins. We will provide a detox salt bath protocol sheet that you can take with you. We also suggest maintaining a healthy whole foods diet that is high in organic plant based alkalizing foods and juices. Avoid artificially processed foods and beverages.
