Fall Equinox: Scalar Yoga Nidra for Intention Setting

Honor the Fall Equinox with a 90-minute experience combining guided journaling and Yoga Nidra within the Quantum Healing Room's EESystem scalar environment.

The Fall Equinox marks the transition into a new season, offering a natural opportunity to pause, reflect and become more conscious of what you want to carry forward.

Through guided journaling, you'll look beneath something you want to welcome or create and connect with the heartfelt desire at its root. This heartfelt desire, or sankalpa, is essentially setting intentions — an inner resolve used within some traditions of Yoga Nidra and will guide the practice.

You'll then settle into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra led by Andrea Wytish, RYT-500. Andrea was first introduced to Yoga Nidra through her studies with renowned yogi Sri Dharma Mittra and has continued with advanced study of the practice.
